Aria Luxury Apartments – Hot Plant Changeover (Swanbourne)

Benno Plumbing & Gas successfully delivered a full hot water plant replacement at Aria Luxury Apartments, upgrading an end-of-life system servicing the recreation centre and residential towers. Through smart engineering and close collaboration with Rheem and Reece, we installed energy-efficient Tankpak systems that worked within existing power constraints, avoiding costly electrical upgrades. The project was completed with zero extended downtime, improved performance, and a significantly reduced plant footprint, ensuring reliable hot water for residents now and into the future.

R.A.A.F Pearce – Trade Waste & Hydraulics Infrastructure (Bullsbrook)

Engaged by Fulton Hogan and PCB Contractors, Benno Plumbing & Gas delivered large-scale trade waste and hydraulic infrastructure works for the ALER Building at R.A.A.F Pearce. Operating within a live defence airbase, our team managed deep excavations, spillceptor installation, drainage, water services, and safety systems while meeting strict military and environmental compliance standards. Completed over 18 months, the project highlights Benno’s ability to deliver complex infrastructure safely, on time, and within budget in highly regulated environments.

Castlereagh School – Bathroom & Facilities Upgrade (Willetton)

Benno Plumbing & Gas was appointed to complete a comprehensive hydraulics upgrade at Castlereagh School, a specialised education facility supporting students with complex needs. The project involved demolition and reconstruction of multiple bathroom blocks, new drainage, water, gas services, and emergency safety installations, delivered through a carefully phased program to minimise disruption to learning.
